Day 1 UK - Cologne
Travel by coach from Folkestone, via Eurotunnel or ferry to Cologne and embark Rex Rheni.
Cruise overnight towards Bonn.
Day 2 Bonn
Spend the morning in the former West German capital of Bonn.
Perhaps join an optional excursion to see the sights of the town, and visit the birthplace of the legendary Beethoven. This afternoon another optional excursion reveals the geyser at Andernach.
Tonight you’ll enjoy your first evening of 50s music live.
Day 3 Bonn - Koblenz
Depart Bonn at breakfast time and sail through the morning to Koblenz, where you arrive early afternoon and moor overnight. Glowering on the right bank is the imposing Festung Ehrenbreitstein, a citadel built by the Prussians. You might like to join an optional tour of the town and castle this afternoon.

Day 4 Koblenz - Rüdesheim
Rex Rheni sets sail before breakfast and cruises one of the most picturesque sections of the middle Rhine.
Arrive in Rüdesheim, a charming wine town, this afternoon and moor here overnight. You can stroll to the Drosselgasse, or you can join an optional excursion to Siegfried's Museum of Mechanical Music, a whimsical display of self-playing instruments.
Return to your ship in time to enjoy an evening of music.
Day 5 Rüdesheim - Cologne - Königswinter
Sail from Rüdesheim early this morning and, after a lunchtime arrival, spend the afternoon in Cologne. See some of the historic highlights during an optional tour of the city. Tonight you can let yourself go during the band’s final performance.
Your ship sails through the evening to Königswinter for an overnight mooring.
Day 6 Königswinter - UK
Disembark Rex Rheni after breakfast, and begin your return journey to the UK.
